Do you offer international shipping?Yes we do!

Is the cost of shipping expensive?For those in Malaysia shipping is MYR7.00 or USD1.55 For international shipping it's MYR10.00 or USD2.21

What do I do if my package hasn't arrived yet?If you live outside of Malaysia it will take longer for your items to get to you. 99% of the time it isn't lost it's in transit. Unfortunately, that's just the down side of international shipping. If your items haven't arrived and you feel concerned feel free to contact our email.

Can I pay with Touch'nGoCurrently, you can't but in the future we will update payment methods. I just can't make my personal Tng public, sorry.

Do you accept PayPal?Yes we do.

Can I return my purchase?We unfortunately do not accept returns under any circumstance.

What do I do if the product is damaged?We don't accept returns but we can offer a refund or to resend said items. Just shoot us an email with your order number, name and picture proof of the damaged items.
